Aqua Cardio is a fat burning training that is performed to the rhythm of music, immersed up to the waist or shoulders, alternating aqua fitness exercises to maximize the water pressure resistance. The objective of Aqua Cardio is, in fact, to strengthen the muscular system and accelerate the heart rate; with, in addition, the remarkable advantage of protecting your joints and being a lot of fun!

This is a gym activity that is performed on specific bikes – pool bike, in fact – on which you pedal on immersed in water up to your waist.

The cycling action and constant movement of the legs favors the training of the lower limbs which, with their movement, must counteract the resistance opposed to the water.
